Tata Motors is gearing up to re-launch its best selling passenger car, Indica, in the United Kingdom under its own brand. Indica had made its debut on the British roads about two years ago as City Rover under Tata Motors' tie-up with the Birmingham-based MG Rover. The partners had envisaged sales of 100,000 cars over five years. However, the venture hit a roadblock when Rover, Britain's last major car company, collapsed in April last year. |
