<b>TCS Q1:</b>Revenues up 51%, Rs 3 dividend

Tata Consultancy Services'  has posted a 51% jump in consolidated Q1 revenues at Rs 4258.19 crore for Q1FY07 when compared with Rs 2721.02 crore in Q1FY06.

The company's EPS is up from Rs 17.01 in the previous quarter to Rs 18.04.
The company has declared a dividend of Rs 3.

TCS said it had several big wins this quarter, including a large north American retailer, a leading European telecom operator and a 600 - person engagement for a north American bank. TCS said total employee strength stood at 71,190 with 7,095 being added in this quarter.
