Tech Mahindra bags two multi-million dollar deals in Brazil

The company has bagged two contracts in Brazil, one of growth regions for company

Tech Mahindra's acquisiton of Complex IT, a Brazil-based SAP consulting provider has started to yield results.

The company today announces that it has bagged two contracts in Brazil, one of the growth regions for the company.

The firms Brazilian subsidiary, Complex IT has signed deals with oil & gas major Schahin Petróleo and a leading bank in the region. In both the contracts Tech Mahindra will deliver enterprise solutions.

In the first project with Schahin Petróleo, the company will deliver a new enterprise business solution for the operations of the Oil and Gas division of the Schahin Group. The project includes implementation of SAP ERP and addresses business pain points around complex supply chain logistics and strengthening of the integration process.
 

The company has also signed a transformational contract with a leading bank in Brazil to deliver enterprise business solutions for SAP demands on AMS, Projects and on-going demands. This will help them overcome high complexity environment and help internal SLA.

"Our growth strategy in Latin America leveraging a combination of inorganic and organic plays is showing early results", said Arvind Malhotra, Sr. Vice President, Strategic Accounts, Tech Mahindra.

Tech Mahindra had acquired majority stake in Complex IT earlier this year to achieve a leadership position in the enterprise business solutions space. The geography is poised to be the next frontier and Tech Mahindra is well positioned to take advantage of the growth expected from that region, said the company.
