Tech Mahindra, a provider of solutions and services to the telecommunications industry, today announced that it has strengthened its partnership with Vodafone Qatar.
Vodafone Qatar has engaged Tech Mahindra as Prime Services Partner for last two years, to manage its IT Operations, deliver new services to market and enable better customer experience.
Under the extended contract Tech Mahindra will help Vodafone launch fixed line services for retail and enterprise customers in the Qatar region, by the end of this year. Tech Mahindra has been delivering post-paid services for Vodafone which has been commercially launched to the retail and enterprise customers in Qatar early this year.
During his visit Richard Daly, CEO, Vodafone Qatar stated, “Our Technology partnership with Tech Mahindra for the last 2 years is helping Vodafone Qatar grow and innovate in a competitive market landscape. After launching Postpaid, we will continue to leverage Tech Mahindra's Domain Expertise and Flexible Approach to bring new services and better customer experience”
