Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam today announced that they have set up BMC Software-Mahindra Centre of Excellence (CoE) at Tech Mahindra’s Hinjewadi facility at Pune, India.
The CoE is focused around developing solutions leveraging BMC’s Business Service Management (BSM) portfolio and Cloud Lifecycle Management solutions. This centre will enable co-innovation and delivery of joint offerings.
In this unique arrangement Tech Mahindra, Mahindra Satyam and BMC Software will showcase complete product integration wherein customers will get firsthand experience of real-life use cases. The CoE will incubate joint capability development by Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam’s Infrastructure Managed Services, Cloud, Service Assurance and Application Performance Management practice groups with focus on developing fully integrated solutions.

Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam, together with BMC Software, are already providing Service Assurance and platform based managed IT services to several large customers. This center will provide complete enablement to articulate BSM solutions and conduct Proof of Concepts or demonstration of joint solutions.
