IT firm Tech Mahindra today said its consolidated net profit grew 48.78 per cent to Rs 257 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2010.
The company had a consolidated net profit of Rs 172.74 crore in the same period last fiscal, Tech Mahindra said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
Consolidated total income of the group increased to Rs 1,263.32 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 1,187.85 crore in the same period last fiscal.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 689.30, down nearly 1 per cent from previous close on the BSE.
