Teledata buys two overseas firms

The Chennai-based Teledata Informatics has acquired 100% stakes in US-based Daan Consulting and Thailand-based Netsol Technologies Company.

"The $1.5 million Daan Consulting provides expert IT consultants and services to meet critical project deadlines, implementing ERP solutions or applying complex technologies to deliver high value business services," an official release issued by Teledata said today.

Netsol is an information technology consulting and services company with a turnover of $3,00,000 in the last nine months, the release added.
