Teledata Tech Solutions lists at Rs 50.30 on BSE

Teledata Technology Solutions today got listed at Rs 50.30 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) pursuant to its demerger from Teledata Informatics.

Shares of Teledata Technology opened at Rs 50.30, which was its day's high on the BSE. It later dipped to a low of Rs 6.60 within minutes of trade.

The company listed 14.58 crore shares on the bourses.

The scrip listed at a high of Rs 65 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). However, it witnessed a low of Rs 5.20 within minutes of listing. On the volume front, a good 65 lakh shares changed hands on both the bourses.

Earlier in 2007, Chennai-based Teledata Informatics Ltd (TIL) had demerged its technology solutions arm from itself, w.E.F. October 2007 following which, Technology Solutions Ltd (TTSL) has been alloted one equity share for every two shares held in TIL.

Meanwhile, the exchange in a notice said the daily circuit filter for the scrip has been kept open to enable investors to trade in the scrip at a realistic price level.

"The daily circuit filter in the equity shares of the company is being kept open on July 15, 2009 in order to enable the members to deal in the scrip at a realistic price level. Trading members are cautioned not to enter orders at unrealistic prices," it said.

The scrip was later quoting at Rs 12.90 on the BSE and at Rs 13 on the NSE at 1047 hrs.
