Media group Television Eighteen India today said its promoter Network18 India Holdings has pledged 33.08 per cent stake of the company for an undisclosed amount.
Its promoter has pledged over 3.88 crore shares representing 33.08 per cent stake of the company, Television Eighteen said in a disclosure to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Calculated on the basis of yesterday's closing on the BSE, the pledging would have fetched the promoters Rs 263.47 crore.
Shares of Television Eighteen India settled at Rs 68.95, up 1.05 per cent on the BSE today.
