Temptation eyes Chambal food processing unit

Mumbai-based frozen foods exporter Temptation Foods has submitted a binding bid to Chambal Fertiliser and Chemicals (CFCL) for acquiring the latter's food processing unit.

Financial details of the initiative were not disclosed. The transaction, however, is subject to the execution of definitive agreements by both the companies, the company said in a statement.
