All-women Malaysia-based start-up PurelyB claims it’s building Asia’s first health and wellness content integrated marketplace, covering all aspects of wellness (nutrition, fitness, psychology, relationships) and provides consumers the convenience of a list of places to buy healthy goods and services.

VMFive | Taiwan
VMFive makes advertisements playable. The company creates a system whereby app developers can offer people a way to try out an app or game without having to download anything. It also works as a way to allow people to demo in-app purchases before committing to paying for them.
 
Qlapa | Indonesia 
Indonesia’s Qlapa is similar to Easy, a well-known marketplace for handmade goods, but caters specifically to the Indonesian market. The start-up aims to reach Indonesian producers and crafters, especially those living outside of the major urban centres. It also offers its sellers more support and marketing services in return.
 
 
Close Comfort | Australia and Singapore
Close Comfort is a small, portable air-conditioning unit which uses a fraction of the power that regular devices do and can even operate on batteries. According to the founder, ‘just plug and play’.

Little Black Book | India
Started in 2012, Little Black Book (LBB) is an online city and lifestyle guide that curates from other publishers and tastemakers, and creates over 600 unique listings every month. To those in Delhi, Gurgaon, and now also Bengaluru, LBB serves information – on restaurants, cafes, stores, online shops, fitness classes, communities, and more – on a platter.
