Titagarh Wagons today said it has appointed Vinita Bajoria and Saket Kandoi as Vice-President (Commercial) and senior executive, respectively.
The shareholders have also approved appointments of N K Mittal and Subrata Paul as directors of the company, Titagarh Wagons said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Besides, the company has sought approval of members for setting up of Axle Machining and Wheel set assembling facility for an estimated cost of Rs 12.93 crore, the filing said.
