Tobacco Ban Snuffed Out

THE bosses in the control rooms have had their say. The proposed ban by International Automobile Federation (FIA) on tobacco advertising from 2006 will not happen.
This move will have the anti-tobacco lobbyists metaphorically fuming, but the Formula-1 (F-1) team owners can continue to puff on their expensive Cuban cigars and pick up fat cheques from their tobacco sponsors.
