Todays Writing Products to raise Rs 60cr

Todays Writing Products is planning to raise Rs 60 crore by issuing equity shares/warrants.

According to a release issued by Todays Writing Products to the BSE today, the board of directors, which met today, approved the issue draft prospectus to be filed with Sebi.

The issued would be lead managed by Keynote Corporate Services, the release added.
