Tokyo's RGF acquires Stanton Chase - India

Stranton Chase's 50 member team along with Nugrid Consulting to merge with the Indian team of RGF

Recruit Holdings Co. Ltd,  a $10-billion Tokyo-based Human Resources Management company has acquired Stanton Chase – India, the leaidng headhunting firm. Apart from Stanton Chase India franchisee, domestic executive search firmNuGrid Consulting was also acquired by Recruit Holdings. Deal size is not yet disclosed.
 
Following the deal, RGF in India will be headed by R Suresh, founder and former MD of Stanton Chase – India.  The entire 50-member team of Stanton Chase and the team of Nugrid Consulting will merge with Indian team of RGF, making it a 100-member group, all under the banner of RGF. 
 
"Services of executive search and selection of the new entity will be offered in Executive Search-  a high-end retained search firm for CEO & CXO appointments, Management Search- which will be a senior leadership hiring firm, with the focus being hiring at ‘C’ level to ‘C-3’ levels and Select which will be an entry and middle management selection company," stated the release.   
 
 
Stanton Chase India executed more than 1000 ‘C’ level assignments over a period of 14 years through its 7 offices in India.
