Toonz gets animation expert as advisor

 Toonz Animation chief executive officer Bill Dennis announced this at a press conference in Thiruvanathapuram on Wednesday.

 Bill Mathews will help Toonz and the West Bengal Electronics Industry Development Corporation Ltd (Webel) develop the curriculum for the proposed animation academy at Kolkata.

 Webel is a nodal agency of the Government of West Bengal for promotion of IT and ITES industry in the State and also responsible for implementing its policy initiatives in the allied sector.

 Toonz Animation had signed anMoU entering into a long-form contract with Webel during September this year initiating the process for establishing of the academy.
