Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) today launched New Etios and Etios Liva. The new launches have been designed to give a bold and trendy look. New grades have been introduced to spruce up the entire line up and make it more youthful and trendy.
The new Etios and Etios Liva will now have a redesigned grille with chrome finish, rear combination lamps with distinct fin pattern that gives it a sleek look, new indicators on side view mirrors and newly introduced classic grey colour to add to the style. In the interiors, textured dashboard, soft fabric and ash brown colour, new 2 Din audio with Bluetooth, USB, Aux- In and remote, comfortable new seats, driver seats with height adjust, combimeter with new blue illumination and new AC control panel with clean air filters are added.
Looking at the demand and popularity of the Etios Liva TRD Sportivo (1.2L) Limited Edition, it has now been introduced as a regular grade with a new 1.5 l engine. The Limited edition has been designed by Toyota Racing Development (TRD), Japan. Liva TRD Sportivo derives its name from its trendy look, designed by TRD, which lends it a young and sporty edge. Key features of Etios Liva TRD Sportivo are – 1.5 l, 90 PS engine, ABS, D+P Airbag,15” Smoked alloys, TRDAero Kit ,TRD Sprotivo logo on seats and Roof ornament.

The Etios was launched in December 2010 followed by Etios Liva in June 2011. Since then, it has sold more than 1 45,000 units. The Etios and Etios Liva have been well accepted by customers in the Indian market.

To reach out to more customers after the new launch, the company has expanded its dealer network from 97 dealerships in 2009 to 220 outlets currently. The company further plans to expand it to 235 dealerships by the end of March this year.
As a part of the ‘Value Added Services’, TKM is expanding ‘Toyota U Trust’ operations. Toyota U Trust aims to offer potential customers an opportunity to exchange their ‘cars of any make’ for a new Toyota car.
