The trade unions in the Neyveli Lignite Corporation, who are on strike protesting against the government's proposed disinvestment plan, today decided to move Madras High Court against the interim stay by the court restraining labour unions in the public sector from going on strike.
Talking to reporters here, Rama Udhyakumar, leader of the 17 trade unions, said the decision was taken at a joint action committee meeting of the trade unions.
The petiton would be filed on Monday, he said.
