Trianz acquires EximSoft

Trianz Consulting, a US-based business execution consulting firm, announced the acquisition of EximSoft, a Bangalore-based IT services company, to enhance its capabilities and service offerings.
 
Both companies declined to provide any financial details on the total cash deal. With this buyout, the promoter, P N Karanth, and ICICI Ventures have exited from Eximsoft. Karanth however will continue to be an advisor to the merged entity.
 
Said Sri Manchala, President & CEO, Trianz: "This acquisition is a key step in broadening our technology oriented services in the fields of execution strategy, transformation and managed services. We will now have the additional capability and depth to meet client needs in product and business applications engineering in the high-technology, mobile communications, media and entertainment, financial services and manufacturing industries."
 
In addition to leveraging existing infrastructure at EximSoft and its 130-strong team, Trainz is undertaking strategic initiatives such as upgrading to CMM Level 5.
 
Added Karanth: "This buyout brings diverse and symbiotic capabilities to the table which will offer good calibre consulting and execution capabilities."
