With the objective of providing end to end kitchen solutions for consumers, TTK Prestige Limited, India's largest kitchen appliances company, today announced the launch of 'Prestige Kitchen Boutique', in Kerala.
"The boutique offers a comprehensive choice of materials, styles, designs, accessories, hardware, electro-domestics and combinations, making every kitchen unique and one of its kind," Chandru Kalro, Executive Vice President-Marketing, TTK Prestige Limited, told reporters here.
The company had already launched the Kitchen Boutique in Bangalore, for which they had received a very encouraging response, he said, adding that they had sold 150 units in that city in the last five months.
Besides Kochi, the Prestige Kitchen Boutique would be launched at Thiruvananthapuram and Kottayam in the initial phase at affordable prices for customers, he said.
Kalro said each boutique will entail an investment of Rs 50 lakh and would operate on the franchise model like the prestige smart kitchens.
Kalro said the company has four manufacturing set-ups in Hosur, Karnataka and one each at Coimbatore and Roorkee in Uttaranchal and added that the company had introduced over 200 products during the last three years.
The turnover of TTK Prestige during the last fiscal was Rs 340 crore and it was targetting Rs 380 to Rs 400 crore in this fiscal, he said.
TTK Prestige Limited is part of the Rs 1,100 crore TTK Group.
The company has a varied product portfolio, ranging from pressure cookers, non-stock cookware and gas stoves to electical appliances, kitchen tools and modular kitchens.
