TV 18 board nod for 1:1 bonus

The board of directors of Television Eighteen India (TV 18), which met today, approved a proposal to issue bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e one bonus share for every share held in the company.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the record date for the bonus issue will be announced at a later date.
