Network18 Group subsidiary TV18 Broadcast reported net profit of Rs 20.94 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 as against a net loss of Rs 8.26 crore posted during the same quarter a year earlier.
Total income from operations for the company, however, fell to Rs 147.05 crore, a decrease of 23% for the reporting quarter as compared to Rs 192.09 crore posted in the same quarter a year earlier.
The company had net debt of 197 crore by the end of last quarter, according to a release sent by the company.
