"We are expecting trial production to start at our Indonesian plant by July-August next year, and products will hit the market by October," Venu Srinivasan, CMD TVS Motor Company, said.
The Indonesian plant would be the mother plant for the Asean region and would have an installed capacity of quarter million, he added.
The plant is being built with an investment of $50million. "We were not looking at partners for the production, but we might look at joint venture in marketing," Srinivasan said.
