TVS Oct bike sales up 8%

TVS Motor Company today reported an 8% increase in October bike sales at 92,3278 units as against 85,463 units in October 2005.

According to a release issued by the company today, two-wheeler sales moved up 3% to 1,42,325 units from 1,37,886 in the year-ago period.

Scooter sales slipped to 22,836 units from 25,373. Exports increased 20 % to 7,232 units.
