The Supreme Court bench headed by Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan, which heard the Reliance gas dispute last year, will deliver two separate judgments tomorrow. The Chief Justice himself is not writing any. The other two, Justices Sudershan Reddy and P Sathasivam, are each writing their own.
This is not unusual. The two could be taking a concurrent view on the several important issues raised in the cross-appeals moved by the Ambani brothers against the Bombay high court judgment. Then it will be a uniform, uncomplicated verdict.
If there is a difference of opinion within the bench, the majority view would prevail.
