Ucal to divest 30% stake Engelhard

Ucal Fuel Systems is planning to disinvest its entire holding of 30% equity, consisting of 27,53,130 equity shares of Rs 10 each, in Engelhard Environmental Systems India (EESIPL) to Engelhard Asia Pacific LLC. This was announced in a release issued by Ucal Fuel Systems to the BSE today.
