Titagarh Wagons Ltd Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Mr Umesh Chowdhary, and Nicco Ventures Ltd Managing Director, Ms Pallavi Kaul, were elected Chairman and Vice-Chairperson respectively of CII West Bengal. This was announced at the first meeting of the reconstituted CII West Bengal State Council in Kolkata today.
Mr Chowdhary, who joined Titagarh Steels Ltd as a Management Trainee in 1990, rose to become the Joint Managing Director in 1996.
Ms Kaul, who is also the Vice Chairman of Nicco Parks & Resorts, has been a Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director of Nicco Corp. Ltd, since October 2007.
