Vijaya Mallya-promoted United Spirits recorded a 65.29 per cent decline in its net profit at Rs 30.59 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2008, as compared to Rs 88.15 crore in the correspoding quarter a year ago.
Total income for the reporting quarter increased by 16.31 per cent to Rs 1,035.28 crore from Rs 890.09 crore.
