At present, we have around 35 professionals working in Chandigarh and we plan to double the strength very soon. We are looking for space in Chandigarh as we are facing a space crunch at the existing location."

"For the proposed campus (at RGCTP), we have earmarked $4-5 million (about Rs 16 to 20 crore). In the next two year, we are expecting to employ about 500 professionals at the proposed location in Chandigarh," he added.

"We also have plans to double the headcount in the US taking the total to 300 professionals," he further added.

Commenting upon the operations in India, he added, "We are aggressively expanding in India due to availability of dedicated and hardworking people and also good infrastructure and a flexible work environment."

On being asked about the impact of the ongoing recession on the company's operation in the US, he said, "Not at all. This can be gauged from the fact that we are not only expanding in India but also in the US. Last year, our turnover was $17 million and this fiscal year (Jan 08-Dec 08) we are expecting 100 per cent growth in turnover.
