The UTV IPO was subscribed 3.4 times on Day 1. The company received bids for 2.375 crore shares as against the offer for 69.99 lakh shares, according to data on the website of the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The maximum bids (2.33 crore shares) have been at the top price of Rs 130. FIIs have bid for the maximum amount of nearly 61% (1.44 crore shares) out of the total bids followed by MFs at 16% (39 lakh shares) and FIs at 20% (48 lakh shares). Retail interest was subdued on Day 1 with subscriptions totalling only 2% (5.14 lakh shares). |
