UTV Motion Pictures has announced its next Tamil film, co-produced with Vishal Film Factory, titled 'Naan Sigappu Manithan'. The movie will feature actor Vishal opposite Lakshmi Menon. It will be directed by Thiru of the film 'Samar', and is scheduled to release in the third week of November.
"Naan Sigappu Manithan is a romantic action thriller. Though the title of the film dates back to the 1985 super hit film starring Rajinikanth, it is a new subject untold in Tamil cinema and we look forward to release of the film," said G Dhananjayan, chief, south business - studios, Disney UTV. Vishal of Vishal Film Factory (VFF) and the lead actor of the film said, "We are aiming to complete the film in one schedule and release in summer 2014."
