Valley men to feel at home

Oakwood, largest serviced apartment operator globally especially in the US' Silicon Valley is confident of brand acceptance in India. The company presently has 30 per cent Indians as customers in the US spread across Silicon Valley, New Jersey, Texas and Seattle.
 
Prominent Indian companies who have availed or are presently using Oakwood hospitality are Wipro, Infosys, TCS and few mid-sized companies having more exposure to the Silicon Valley.
 
Narrating his tryst with Indians, Robert Philips, director of sales and marketing, Oakwood Asia Pacific, said Indians have been visiting to the Valley in droves since 1998-2000 (Y2K era) and post-dotcom era mainly to execute projects for many American corporations.
 
Indians who lived and worked in the valley are the repeat customers who are using Oakwood properties in many US with their families.
 
In order to help families, Oakwood has tied up with many Indian restaurants and grocery chains to get their home products, said Philips.
