Vascon Engg IPO subscribed 1.12 times on final day

The initial public offer of Vascon Engineering, which expects to garner up to Rs 200 crore through the issue, was subscribed 1.12 times on the final day of the offer today.

The IPO received bids for 1.21 crore shares (1.12 times) against 1.08 shares on offer, as per the data with the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The engineering firm has hit the capital market with an issue size of 1.08 crore shares in the price band of Rs 165 to Rs 185 per share. The company aims to raise up to Rs 200 crore at the upper end of the band.

The issue opened on January 27.

Kotak Mahindra Capital Co and Enam Securities are the book running lead managers to the issue.

Meanwhile, Mumbai-based real estate developer DB Realty's public issue was subscribed 11 per cent on the first day of issue today, as per the NSE data.

The company has fixed its IPO price band at Rs 468-486 a piece and plans to raise around Rs 1,500 crore through issue. The issue closes on February 2.
