Voltas, the Tata Group’s air conditioning and engineering services provider, posted a 50 per cent rise in net profit at Rs 92 crore. The company’s income from operations also increased by 11 per cent to Rs 1,098 crore. Earnings per share stood at Rs 2.73.
Operating profit excluding tax and exceptional items increased by 52 per cent to Rs 133 crore as against Rs 88 crore in the corresponding period the last financial year.
