Wall St flat; ADRs drop

The Dow Jones industrial average was down seven points at 12,464.

The Nasdaq was down two points to 2428.

Indian ADRs ended on a weak note. Satyam and Tata Motors dropped 2% each to $22.56 and $19.11, respectively. Infosys and HDFC Bank slipped 1.5% each to $52.68 and $73.15, respectively.
