Wall Street Finance appoints BK Modi as Chairman

Financial services firm Wall Street Finance today said its board has appointed B K Modi as the Chairman of the company.

The board of the company at its meeting held on October 9 had reconstituted the board of directors of the company, Wall Street Finance said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Further, Divya Modi and Preeti Malhotra have been appointed as additional directors and Subroto Chattopadhyay as an independent additional director on the board of the company, it said.

Meanwhile, Asgar S patel, Areef A Patel and P S G Nair have resigned from directorship of the company, the filing added.

Last month, industrialist B K Modi had acquired 51 per cent stake in forex and money transfer firm Wall Street Finance.
