Wardwizard builds 100,000 electric two-wheeler unit in Gujarat for Rs 45 cr

Company plans to launch four variants of high performance e-bikes at the plant, which is estimated to generate direct and indirect employment for 6,000 persons

Electric vehicle (EV) player Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd on Thursday inaugurated an electric two-wheeler manufacturing facility in Vadodara, Gujarat. The group, which owns brands like Joy e-bike and Vyom, has set up the plant at an investment of Rs 45 crore with an initial capacity of manufacturing 100,000 electric two-wheelers per annum in the first phase in one shift.
