Warhol acquires equity shares in Karur Vysya Bank

Mauritius-based investment holding firm Warhol Ltd has acquired 1 million equity shares in Karur Vysya Bank Ltd at a total trade price of Rs 39.36 crore. According to the bulk deal announcement with the National Stock Exchange, Warhol Ltd has acquired 10,36,000 equity shares of Karur Vysya Bank Ltd at Rs 379.99 per share.
