Web Summit, one of the most influential tech and start-up events globally, said on Wednesday it was launching its Indian edition, SURGE 2016, to be held here on February 23-24.
"India is increasingly producing globally competitive start-ups that have disrupted markets and the way we live," co-founder Paddy Cosgrave said.
