Welspun Gujarat Stahl Rohren Ltd (WGSRL), a part of the $ 3000 million Welspun Group has bagged orders worth Rs 500 crore from India and overseas.
With these orders, the current book position of the company stands at Rs 9500 crore, the company has informed Bombay Stock Exchange.
Speaking on the occasion, B K Goenka, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Wlespun said, “Even in the current economic scenario, we are proud to bag these outstanding orders. These orders not only reaffirm our position as a sustainable organisation with the ability to meet requirements for the toughest of projects, but also as one of the leading line pipe making companies in the world”, he adds.
