Welspun-Gujarat wins orders worth Rs 700cr

Welspun-Gujarat Stahl Rohren has bagged orders worth Rs 700 crore ($152 million) for the supply of pipes for oil and gas applications.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the LSAW and spiral pipe orders have been bagged largely from the US (Rs 450 crore) and Iran (Rs 200 crore).

The new orders take Welspun's current pending order book position to around Rs 1,800 crore, the release added.
