Windlass enters real estate, hospitality

After oilfield equipment business, the Dehradun-based Windlass Steelcrafts said it would enter the real estate and hospitality business. It will construct 5,000 low-income group (LIG) two-room flats on 450 sq feet area each with an investment of Rs 300 crore. “We will construct LIG flats and five-star hotel in Dehradun with an investment of Rs 100 crore. We will start our project this year,” said Sudhir K Windlass, the company owner.
