Winsome Diamonds and Jewellery Ltd has informed the BSE that the meeting of its board of directors scheduled on Saturday adjourned for the third time on Saturday. The same meeting is scheduled to be held on March 5.
The board meanwhile, approved the books of account for 18-month period ending September 30, 2013 which has been forwarded to the auditors for their report.
Also, resignation of Ramesh Parikh, director - Finance was accepted by the board and thereupon, the audit committee was reconstituted by inducting Jaikumar Kapoor, director/ chief financial officer of the company in place of Parikh.
