Cable TV service provider Wire and Wireless India (WWIL), a subsidiary of Zee group, will launch its broadband internet services in Mumbai and Delhi next month. The company, which provides Internet services under the brand 'SITI Broadband’, had earlier launched the services in Bengaluru.
“Our aim is to enter large but untapped market like households, Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) and Small Offices and Home Offices (SOHO), that are seen as unattractive due to lower spends and to take the services to masses at an affordable price,” WWIL CEO Deepak Chandnani said.
The company broadband services using cable modem termination system (CMTS) and Ethernet technology, while it is also working to offer Wi-fi services to societies malls and corporates.
