Wolfensohn Capital Partners fund sells Rs 112 cr share in Repco Home Finance

The fund sold 34,64,000 equity shares for Rs 325 each

WCP Holding III, a Wolfensohn Capital Partners fund, has sold more the half of its share holding in Repco Home Finance.

According to the BSE's bulk deal data, the fund has sold 34,64,000 equity shares for Rs 325 each, which aggregates to an amount of Rs 112.59 crore.

The fund had 61,92,100 shares, which is 9.96 per cent of the total shares, in the home finance company by the end of December, 2013.

Meanwhile, Jupiter PAF Investments Ltd has bought 12,00,000 shares in the company for a price of Rs 325 each.

ICICI Prudential Tax plan has bought 3,99,036 shares and ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund bought 8,84,250 shares in Repco Home Finance through bulk deal at Rs 325 per share today, according to the data.
