XL Telecom files IPO papers with Sebi

XL Telecom, which is coming out with a public issue of 39 lakh shares through the 100% book building process, has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi). 

According to an official release issued today, the book running lead managers to this issue are Anand Rathi Securities and Centrum Capital while Bigshare Services is the registrar to the issue.

Secunderabad-based XL Telecom's business activities include telecom, solar photo-voltaic systems and ethanol. The company has a turnover of Rs 300 crore, the release added.
