City-based digital marketing company Ybrant Digital Ltd (formerly LGS Global Ltd) today said its net profit grew 36% to Rs 60 crore for the quarter ended June 2012.
The net profit stood at Rs 44 crore in the year-ago period, Ybrant said in release issued here.
The growth was mainly on account of forex gains during the quarter. The company gained nearly 13 crore on rupee's depreciation against dollar.
Revenues for the quarter stood at Rs 381 crore against Rs 272 crore in the same period last fiscal, it added.
Ybrant has two core segments - digital marketing and software development.
Its shares were trading at Rs 82 apiece on the BSE, up 2.63% in the afternoon trade.
