Yogesh Agarwal to be MD of Ajanta Pharma

The board of Ajanta Pharma, at its meeting meeting held on December 14, has promoted Yogesh Agarwal, 36, as the managing director of the company.

According to an official release issued by the company today, Yogesh, who's a management graduate from Johnson and Wales University in the US, was an executive director in the company.

The move is seen as early succession planning by the company whereby Purushottam Agrawal, the current managing director, and Madhusudan Agrawal, current joint managing director, have been elevated as vice chairmen of the company.
