Zee News promoters pledge 17.17% stake

Subash Chandra-led Zee News today said its promoters have pledged in total 17.17 per cent stake for an undisclosed amount.

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said that five of its promoters have pledged 4.11 crore shares representing 17.17 per cent stake in the company.

Jayneer Capital has pledged over 2.96 crore shares representing 12.36 per cent stake in the company, Prajatma Trading over 37.60 lakh representing 1.57 per cent stake in the company, the filing added.

Further, Premier Finance and Trading has pledged 1.15 per cent stake that is over 27 lakh shares, Ganjam Trading has pledged over 29 lakh shares representing 1.24 per cent stake and Essel Infraprojects has pledged over 20 lakh shares representing 0.85 per cent stake in the company, it added.

 

Shares of Zee News were trading at Rs 31.45, up 0.48 per cent on the BSE.
