The Mumbai-based electronic security systems provider has also signed strategic alliance with Bin Jabr Group, Abu Dhabi, for setting up a new entity to cater to the Middle East market. Bin Jabr group, will hold 51 per cent equity in the new company while 49 per cent equity will be held by Zicom. |
According to the agreement Zicom will be responsible for operation management, implementation, delivery and servicing of safety and security systems while Bin Jabr Group will be responsible for administration and relationship management. |
Pramod Rao, managing director of Zicom Electronic Security Systems said the company was planning to enter in services business targeting individual homes and commercial places for a monthly rental of Rs 777 and onwards. |
Earlier the company signed a strategic alliance with Belgium based Bioptimo for selling, marketing and integrating the entire range of biometric systems offered by the company. |
